Currently I'm living in a place with a kitchen that must hold some sort of record for tininess. There are four drawers, a couple of cabinets, and exactly one countertop. Said countertop is about 2.5 square feet, and that's literally my entire cooking workspace. Suffice it to say, I need to be wise about kitchen organization if I want to keep from going crazy. Knowing there's absolutely no room to store things horizontally, I recently went vertical with this magnetic paper towel holder. Via https://www.curbly.com/magnetic-paper-towel-holder

They're also very kid friendly, cozy, and comfortable. So when I found an old white leather ottoman at an estate sale, I decided to see if I could change it up using leather dye. Read on to see how how it turned out. Via https://www.curbly.com/diy-leather-staining-a-thrifted-ottoman Succulents are awesome. I don't have the best luck with keeping indoor plants healthy (or alive), but succulents seem to always have my back. They're hardy, they don't mind if you forget to water them for a few days, and they don't require a ton of maintenance. Plus they are just adorable. Additionally, they are also easy to fill your home with for almost no extra cost. All it takes is a little propagation; as in, you can regrow succulents from existing leaves (magic, right?). Via https://www.curbly.com/regrow-succulents If you celebrate Easter, then you know that it is less than a week away... and that means that it's high time you decorated some Easter eggs if you haven't already! So today we're sharing five of our favorite quick, easy egg ideas that are so adorable you won't be able to resist making them. Via https://www.curbly.com/5-super-cute-last-minute-easter-egg-decorating-ideas I received my first flower press when I turned nine years old - maybe eight? The point is it was forever ago. I got it as a birthday gift from my best friend. The flower press came with a small instructional booklet on how to collect and preserve colorful wildflowers. On the front of the press was an illustration of Anne of Green Gables, happily picking florals and putting them into a giant basket. I still have that flower press, all these years later, with flowers wedged between the pages that are as old as the press itself. It was a fantastic gift that had me hunting for leaves and petals to collect and keep forever. Whether you're making one as a gift for a kid who loves getting outside, or you want to give yourself an excuse to explore the outdoors, a DIY flower press is a quick and easy project to make. Via https://www.curbly.com/diy-flower-press I am pretty good about remembering to bring my reusable shopping bags with me when I pick up groceries. I walk in the store with my canvas bags, and I leave with my groceries and only those bags (and usually a pint of Ben & Jerry's - don't judge me). No matter how hard I try, plastic shopping bags still seem to magically appear under my kitchen sink. While tiny bags are handy to have around (fellow pet owners may agree with me here), keeping them from looking like a literal wad of trash is tricky. I'm here to share with you a folding technique to beat all others. It's by far the fastest, and definitely the easiest, way to fold a plastic shopping bag. Via https://www.curbly.com/fold-plastic-shopping-bag DIY may not be an official Scrabble word, but for this DIY planter project, it’s a total game-winner.
